How rates are collected
StackWell maintains store records from affiliate network and merchant partner data. Each store page is built from the current tracked merchant name, domain, network, rate, category, and shopping link data available to StackWell.
How rates are shown
Rates may be displayed as a single percentage, a range, an "up to" rate, or a merchant-specific description when the program uses category tiers. When a rate is tiered, the highest numeric percentage may be used in benchmark calculations and the full published wording remains visible on the related store page.
What can change earnings
- Merchant category exclusions or product-level restrictions.
- Coupon codes not approved by the merchant or affiliate network.
- Returns, cancellations, partial refunds, or order modifications.
- Tracking interruptions caused by browser settings, extensions, or leaving the shopping flow.
- Merchant rate changes after a user has viewed a page but before a purchase is completed.
Corrections and updates
If a merchant or shopper spots incorrect rate, logo, category, or eligibility information, StackWell reviews the source data and updates the store record when a correction is confirmed. Corrections can be sent to support@mystackwell.com.
